Paddling Film Festival Grebbestad
Join us for this year’s best paddling films
Premiere for Paddling Film Festival in the paddlers paradise Grebbestad the 16:th of March 2024 between 18-21 at Cinema & Restaurant Storm. During the festival around nine of the best paddling films in the world is screened (in English). The films are selected by a jury in Canada and the best films in different categories are later sent on a world tour. We also invite you to a seminar with keynote speakers between 16-17, see program below. After the seminar you can mingle with our exhibitors, enjoy local food & drinks, play shuffleboard and get ready for the movies. Great prizes will be awarded from our exhibitors and sponsors like a Guided winter kayak tour from Skärgårdsidyllen and more.
Program
Friday
Skärgårdsidyllen Kayak & Outdoor invites you to join a guided sunset tour the between 4-7 pm (pre-book)
Saturday
Kayak with Tjärnö kajakklubb i Grebbestad archipelago between 10-15. Open seminar btween 16-17 at Storm Cinema & Restaurant. This year you can listen to Jonas Alexandersson kayaking in Antartica an Jette Gustafssons that has done her fifth “Harry year” (kayak all months in a year) and the Swedish Canoe Federation talking about Euro Paddle Pass and their work to promote the sport. After the seminar you can mingle with our exhibitors, enjoy local food & drinks, play shuffleboard and get ready for the movies that i presented between 6-9 pm.
Sunday
Skärgårdsidyllen Kayak & Outdoor invites you to their kayak center where you can try and get familiar the wide range of kayaks and paddelboards they offer for sale and rent
Tickets
Sold out – but we still have tickets available on Koster the 13th of April and you are more than welcome to attend the seminar and exhitibtion between 16-18.
